About Elevare
Style is strategy.
That’s the philosophy behind Elevare, and it’s how I approach just about everything.
I’m Emerald de Leeuw-Goggin, a global executive, speaker, and creative. My career has taken me from founding a privacy tech company to leading Privacy and AI governance at a multinational, to speaking on stages like TEDx, Davos AI House, and SXSW. I spend a lot of time in rooms where presence matters just as much as substance. And that’s where Elevare comes in.
I started this blog because I kept noticing the same thing; brilliant, capable women second-guessing how to show up. Not because they lacked expertise, but because the unspoken rules of presence, polish, and power aren’t always clear. Especially for women who lead.
I’ve always had a strong instinct for what works. But I’ve also spent years on the road, building teams, advising execs, flying from one meeting to the next and learning what actually holds up under pressure.
